Our client is a national, leading supplier within the medical and imaging industry with a proven track record of success. Known for their commitment to excellence, they provide high-level technical solutions and equipment support to a broad network of customers and distributors.

About the Role

Due to a reshuffle within the team, this office-based opportunity has become available to support the technical team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end resolution of technical enquiries, ensuring that imaging equipment and software operate at peak performance. This role is approximately 90% remote support via TeamViewer, with occasional onsite requirements for complex installations or repairs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of 2D and 3D imaging equipment.
  • Receive and respond to customer and distributor calls and emails with professional etiquette.
  • Provide support and advice across the full product line, solving technical issues through remote login.
  • Perform critical software and firmware updates on imaging systems.
  • Log all technical enquiries and progress within the ticketing system (SalesForce).

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in the Medical and/or X-Ray imaging industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot software problems within a Windows OS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve across both software and hardware interfaces.
  • Must hold an IA10 radiation license for NSW (or have the ability to acquire one); interstate licenses are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Previous experience with CRM/Ticketing systems (SalesForce) and remote support tools (TeamViewer).
